Berry Green Smoothie for Energy & Balance
A refreshing smoothie packed with berries, greens, and nourishing ingredients to support energy and help you feel balanced throughout the day.

Ingredients
1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 handful fresh spinach
½ banana
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
Ice as needed
Optional additions
Protein powder
Ground flaxseed
Collagen peptides
Fresh mint
Instructions
1. Add ingredients
Place berries, spinach, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, almond butter, and vanilla into a blender.
2. Blend
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed for desired consistency.
3. Serve
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Use frozen berries for a thicker smoothie.
Add protein powder for a more filling breakfast option.
Swap spinach for kale if preferred.
