No-Bake Berry & Nut Energy Bars
A simple grab-and-go snack made with oats, nuts, berries, and natural sweetness. Perfect for busy mornings, afternoon energy dips, or keeping on hand throughout the week.

Ingredients
1 ½ cups rolled oats
½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
½ cup chopped almonds
¼ cup chopped walnuts
⅓ cup dried berries (cranberries, blueberries, or cherries)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
Optional additions
Dark chocolate chips
Flax seeds
Coconut flakes
Instructions
1. Prepare the mixture
In a large bowl combine oats, almonds, walnuts, dried berries, chia seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt.
In a small bowl stir together almond butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Mix
Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
3. Press into pan
Line a small square baking dish or loaf pan with parchment paper. Firmly press mixture into the pan using the back of a spoon or your hands.
4. Chill
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
5. Slice & serve
Cut into bars or squares and store in the refrigerator.
Notes
Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
Freeze for longer storage.
Swap dried berries for chopped dates or apricots.
